Every net personal purchase of First Vita Plus products from JANUARY 9, 2013 to JUNE 30, 2013 of Php100.00 entitles the Dealer to one (1) Raffle Ticket. Qualifying purchases include regular product purchases on First Vita Plus products only. Every purchase of a Power Pack also entitles the New Dealer and Direct Sponsor to one (1) Raffle Ticket each. All valid raffle tickets are entitled to win the raffle prize available. Photographed vehicle is not the actual raffle prize unit. Actual specifications may vary from the photograph. Claim Raffle Tickets at the First Vita Plus Head Office. Drop Box will be available at the Head Office and all Authorized FVP Product Centers.
